AAA Wild-Caught Yellowfin Ahi Tuna Steaks dusted with white and black sesame seeds cooked to order and served with ginger, wasabi, and low sodium soy sauce over a blend of fresh kale, baby arugula, rainbow brussel sprouts, napa cabbage, and shredded carrots sprinkled with homemade candied pecans and dried cranberries.
